Strange clicking noise from Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST31000340AS

I've just purchased a Synology DS-207+ DiskStation and a 1 TB Seagate Barracuda disk. However, the disk makes a strange clicking sound every 10-15 seconds, which doesn't sound healthy at all. Hopes this video clip helps with diagnosis from Seagate.
